The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has declared the NEET PG 2026 result. Candidates can check their scores and All India Rank through the published result on natboard.edu.in. Individual scorecards will be available on or after 1 October 2026.
NEET PG 2026 qualifying cutoffs
The category-wise qualifying thresholds are:

Candidates must also satisfy the applicable admission eligibility requirements. Meeting the qualifying cutoff does not guarantee a seat.
Highest score recorded at 641
Only Education’s analysis of the published result shows that AIR 1 scored 641 out of 720, followed by 633 at AIR 2 and 626 at AIR 3. Candidates ranked fourth through seventh each scored 625. The analysis identified 114 candidates with scores of 600 or above and 12,111 candidates with scores of 500 or above. Candidates scoring exactly 500 received ranks between 11,828 and 12,111. The result PDF lists scores and ranks without candidate names. Topper identities have therefore not been included in this report.
Scorecards and answer-key details from October
NBEMS will make individual scorecards available on or after 1 October 2026. Answer-key and recorded-response details are also scheduled for release on or after that date through the applicant login. Candidates will be able to access question IDs, correct-answer IDs, recorded responses and question-wise scores.

- Access the published result PDF and search for your roll number.
- Verify your score and rank, and save a copy.
What candidates should do next
Candidates should prepare their admission documents and monitor MCC and their respective state counselling authorities for notices. A college shortlist should account for rank, category, state eligibility, preferred speciality and total budget. Previous allotment ranks can support planning, but they should not be treated as guaranteed cutoffs for 2026.
