Last Date for Choice Filling & Locking	November 11, 2026 (11:59 PM)
College-wise Stray Round Merit List	November 14, 2026

Note on reporting dates: The source schedule table published in some reports lists "November 4 to November 6" for reporting. That window belonged to the previous Round 3 reporting period and is not applicable to the stray round. The correct stray round reporting window is November 16–17, 2026, as stated in the body of the official schedule.

Who Can Participate in the MP Ayush Stray Round?

Participation in the stray round is restricted to candidates who meet both of the following conditions:

NEET UG 2026 qualified and registered with MP Ayush counselling.
Not currently holding an admitted seat through any previous MP Ayush round.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3 but did not report or did not complete admission remain eligible for the stray round under MP Ayush rules.

Candidates who have already completed physical reporting and provisional admission at a college are not eligible.

How to Fill and Lock MP Ayush Stray Round Choices

The choice filling process is entirely online through the MP Ayush counselling portal. Follow these steps:

Visit the official portal: Go to ayush.mponline.gov.in
Log in: Use your MP Ayush registration credentials (application number/roll number and password).
Review vacant seats: Check the course-wise and college-wise vacancy list before selecting preferences.
Enter choices in priority order: Select your preferred colleges and courses. The order matters — place your most preferred option first.
Lock your choices: Locking is mandatory. Saved but unlocked choices may not be considered for allotment.
Save the confirmation page: Download or print the locked choice summary for your records.

Important: Fresh choice filling and locking are required for the stray round even if you participated in earlier rounds. Previous round preferences do not carry forward automatically.

What Happens After Choice Locking?

After the window closes on November 11, the Department of Ayush will process the locked preferences against available vacancies and candidate merit. A centralised college-wise stray round merit list will be published on November 14, 2026.

Candidates whose names appear on the merit list must complete physical reporting and attendance verification at their allotted college on November 16 or 17, 2026. Admission is not complete until physical reporting is done and original documents are verified.

Documents to Carry for Physical Reporting

While the official notice does not list documents in the source article, MP Ayush counselling reporting generally requires:

NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
MP Ayush stray round allotment letter (download from portal after result)
MP Ayush registration confirmation
Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
Transfer certificate/migration certificate (as applicable)
Category certificate (if claiming reservation)
Domicile certificate (if applicable)
Valid photo ID proof
Passport-size photographs
Medical fitness certificate (institute-specific)

Candidates should check their allotted college's admission notice for any additional institute-specific requirements.
