XAT 2027 Registration Last Date Today for Final Official Mock Test: Check Fee, Steps, and Eligibility

Candidates who wish to appear for the third and final official XAT 2027 mock test must complete their XAT 2027 registration by October 28, 2026. XLRI Jamshedpur will conduct the mock test in a 48-hour window from 12:00 AM on October 31 to 11:59 PM on November 1, 2026, and only registered candidates will receive access.

The mock test is free for registered candidates. The ₹2,300 registration fee is the standard XAT 2027 application fee, not a mock-test-specific charge. Candidates who miss the October 28 deadline can still register for the main XAT 2027 exam until December 6, 2026, but will not be able to attempt this final official mock .

The base registration fee of ₹2,300 covers the XAT exam. Candidates who wish to apply to specific XLRI programmes must pay an additional ₹200 for each programme selected. The mock test itself does not carry a separate charge.

How to Register for XAT 2027

1. Visit xatonline.in.
2. Click on the Register option and enter basic details to create a login.
3. Verify your registration via the link or OTP sent to your email.
4. Log in to the dashboard and complete the XAT application form.
5. Enter academic and personal details.
6. Upload a scanned photograph and signature as per specifications.
7. Select your preferred XAT test cities.
8. Select XLRI course(s) if applicable (additional ₹200 per programme).
9. Pay the registration fee of ₹2,300 and submit.

Upon successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated. Candidates should download and save the completed application form and e-receipt for future reference .

What Happens If You Miss Today's Deadline

Missing the October 28 deadline does not prevent candidates from appearing for XAT 2027. The main exam registration remains open until December 6, 2026 . However, candidates who register after October 28 will not have access to the third official mock test, which is the final preparatory resource offered by XLRI before the exam.

Candidates who are already registered for XAT 2027 do not need to take any additional action to access the mock test. Access will be available through their dashboard during the October 31–November 1 window.
