IISER Kolkata BS-MS Admission 2026 Reporting Begins August 11 for Freeze Candidates

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Kolkata has set August 11, 2026, as the first day for admission reporting. This applies to students who have been allocated seats in the Bachelor of Science-Master of Science (BS-MS) and BS-MS with Centre for Data Sciences (BS-MS-CDS) programs for 2026. The official notice is available on the BS-MS Pre-Registration Portal. Students who have locked their allocated seats during counseling are called freeze candidates. They are required to report at the R N Tagore Auditorium in Mohanpur at 9 AM. The institute plans to release more admission dates soon. Only those students listed in the freeze category are called for the first reporting date. Float candidates, who have accepted their current seat but remain open for upgrades, will get their reporting dates in a future announcement. The institute has asked all students to come strictly on the announced date.
