The AP NEET admission process includes verification of documents such as:

• NEET UG admit card
• NEET UG scorecard
• Class 10 certificate
• Class 12 marksheet/certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Aadhaar card
• Caste certificate, where applicable
• Income certificate, where applicable
• Local status/residence documents, where applicable
• Minority certificate, where applicable

The exact documents required can vary according to the candidate's category and circumstances. The AP NEET 2026 admission documentation lists NEET credentials, academic certificates, transfer certificate, Aadhaar, caste and local-status documents among the records used for verification.

AP NEET UG Phase 2 Reporting Deadline

The supplied counselling information states that candidates allotted seats must report by September 24, 2026. However, the exact deadline should be confirmed against the September 21 NTRUHS Phase 2 final-result notification before publication. The NTRUHS website confirms the Phase 2 final result and college-wise allotment notice but the accessible listing does not display the reporting deadline itself.

What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Report?

Candidates who receive a seat should carefully follow the reporting instructions in the official allotment notice. The consequences of non-reporting, including whether the seat is cancelled or made available in a subsequent round, depend on the applicable NTRUHS counselling rules. Therefore, claims that a seat will automatically “roll over” to a stray round or that extension requests will never be accepted should be published only if explicitly stated in the current official notification.
