AP NEET MDS 2026 Management Quota: Key Details

The university has released the seat matrix along with the MDS MQ Detailed Notification 2026-27, MDS MQ Prospectus 2026-27 and MDS MQ User Manual 2026-27.

What Is the AP NEET MDS Management Quota Seat Matrix?

The Management Quota seat matrix provides the seat-related information required by candidates participating in MDS admissions through the management route. Candidates should check the official matrix for the participating dental colleges, postgraduate dental specialties and applicable seat categories before making their choices. The official Dr NTRUHS website has separately published the 2026-27 MDS MQ seat matrix and supporting admission documents.

AP NEET MDS Management Quota Categories

Candidates should be careful about the category terminology used for Andhra Pradesh MDS Management Quota admissions. Earlier official Dr NTRUHS MDS MQ documents identify three Management Quota subcategories — S1, S2 and S3. S1 is further divided into S1A and S1B. Official documents state that 15% of S1 seats are identified as S1A and are open to candidates from across India, while the remaining 85% of S1 seats are identified as S1B for eligible local candidates of Andhra Pradesh. For the 2026-27 admission cycle, candidates should refer to the newly released prospectus for the exact applicable eligibility rules before applying.

Note: The B1/B2 terminology mentioned in some secondary descriptions of the current update should not be treated as confirmed for MDS MQ 2026-27 without checking the official prospectus.

AP NEET MDS 2026 Management Quota Eligibility

NEET MDS qualification is a basic requirement for participation in the MDS admission process. The exact eligibility conditions, applicable categories and documentary requirements are governed by the 2026-27 Dr NTRUHS notification and prospectus. Candidates should therefore check the official MDS MQ Prospectus 2026-27 before submitting their applications. The university's MDS MQ application manual shows that candidates are required to enter their NEET details during registration. The system retrieves candidate information from the NEET data after the candidate enters the NEET hall ticket number and date of birth.
