What to Do After AP EAMCET 2026 Seat Allotment?

Getting an allotment is not the end. Candidates must complete all admission steps within the deadline.

1. Check the Allotted College and Branch

First, verify the details in your allotment result. Make sure the college, course, and other details match what you applied for. Ensure the seat matches your preferences from the web entry.

2. Download the Allotment Order

Download and keep the provisional allotment order. This document might be needed later for admission and reporting. Keep both a printed copy and a digital copy of the allotment order.

3. Complete Online Self-Reporting

To confirm your seat, complete the online self-reporting process through the counselling portal. Self-reporting is essential because getting an allotment does not mean admission is confirmed. The self-reporting window is from August 10 to August 15, 2026.

4. Report to the Allotted College

After self-reporting, physically report to the college within the given period. The physical reporting window is also from August 10 to August 15, 2026. Follow the college's instructions for document verification and other steps.

5. Complete Document Verification

Make sure you have all original documents and copies ready for verification. Documents may include the AP EAPCET rank card, hall ticket, qualification certificates, study certificate, transfer certificate, category certificate, and others as needed. The official instructions say to keep your application form, hall ticket, and rank card for future use.

6. Complete Fee Payment

Follow the fee instructions from the counselling authority or the college. Pay the required fees on time and keep the receipt for future reference.

What If You Do Not Get Your Preferred College?

You might not get your first-choice college or branch in Phase 1. In such cases, check the counselling guidelines for further rounds or opportunities. Don't decide just based on the college name. Consider factors like branch, seat category, placement, location, and fees before choosing to accept an allotment or move to another round.

What If a Candidate Does Not Complete Reporting?

Candidates who don't finish the admission steps on time may lose their seat. Admission is not guaranteed just by getting an allotment. The deadline for completing online self-reporting and physical reporting is August 15, 2026.

Candidates should have the following documents for the admission process, as needed:
