Step 1: Download Your Provisional Allotment Letter
Before proceeding to the institute, candidates must download their Provisional Allotment Letter from the AACCC PG portal at aaccc.gov.in. This document contains the allotted institute, course, quota, and candidate details. Verify all information carefully before reporting .
Step 2: Report Physically with Documents
Candidates must report in person to their allotted institute within the November 6β13 window. Carry the following documents for verification :
- AIAPGET 2026 admit card
- AIAPGET 2026 scorecard
- BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS mark sheets and degree certificate
- Permanent or provisional registration certificate
- Internship completion certificate
- Provisional Allotment Letter (downloaded from AACCC portal)
- Any other documents specified by the allotted institute
Step 3: Ensure Online Provisional Admission Letter Generation
This is the most critical compliance step. The allotted institute must generate a Provisional Admission Letter online through the AACCC portal to confirm your admission. AACCC has explicitly stated that any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null and void .
What candidates should verify: After completing document verification and fee payment at the institute, confirm that the institute has generated the online Provisional Admission Letter. Do not leave the institute without confirming this step.
Want an Upgrade in Round 2? Here's What to Do
Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 1 but wish to be considered for a better seat in Round 2 must follow this process :
- Join the Round 1 allotted institute as per the reporting schedule.
- Submit your willingness for upgradation at the time of reporting to the Round 1 institute.
- Your name will then be considered for Round 2 allotment.
Important: If you are allotted an upgraded seat in Round 2, you must obtain an online-generated relieving letter from your Round 1 institute and report to the Round 2 institute with original documents within the Round 2 reporting window (November 22β26, 2026) .
If you are not upgraded in Round 2, your Round 1 seat remains secure.
Upgradation is available only up to Round 2. Round 3 does not offer upgradation .
What Happens If You Don't Join
Candidates who fail to report to their allotted institute by the November 13 deadline will have their counselling fees forfeited. They may participate in subsequent rounds (Round 2 or Round 3) by filling fresh choices, but they will need to pay the complete counselling fees again .
Note: Non-joining in Round 1 does not bar you from participating in later rounds, but it does result in financial loss (forfeiture of the Round 1 counselling fee).
