AP EAPCET 2026 Round 3 Allotment: The final phase of Andhra Pradesh EAPCET 2026 engineering admissions has reached the seat-allotment stage. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is conducting the third and final phase of counselling for candidates seeking admission to engineering courses through the MPC stream. The official AP EAPCET Common Admissions Portal (CAP) is the platform through which candidates can access their counselling and allotment details. The portal currently identifies this as the third and final phase allotment for AP EAPCET 2026 engineering admissions. Candidates who completed the required counselling formalities, including registration, certificate verification and web-options entry, should check the official portal for their allotment status and further admission instructions.

AP EAPCET 2026 Round 3 Allotment: Key Details

The AP EAPCET examination itself is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) on behalf of APSCHE, while admissions and seat allotment are handled through the counselling system.

The AP EAPCET 2026 Round 3 engineering allotment can be accessed through the AP Common Admissions Portal.

Official counselling portal: AP EAPCET Common Admissions Portal

Candidates should use the official portal rather than relying on links circulated through social media or unofficial websites. The CAP currently lists separate admission sections for AP EAPCET (MPC) Engineering Admissions and AP EAPCET (BiPC) Admissions. Candidates should select the engineering/MPC section when checking the Round 3 engineering allotment.

How to Check AP EAPCET Round 3 Seat Allotment 2026

Candidates can follow these steps to check their final-phase allotment:

• Visit the official AP EAPCET Common Admissions Portal at cap.apcfss.in.
• Open the AP EAPCET 2026 Engineering/MPC Admissions section.
• Look for the Third and Final Phase Allotment link.
• Enter the login details requested by the portal.
• Submit the details to access the candidate dashboard.
• Check the allotted college and engineering course.
• Download the allotment order or relevant admission document available on the portal.
• Read the instructions regarding self-reporting and college reporting.
• Complete all required admission formalities within the deadline mentioned by APSCHE.

The exact login fields should be followed as displayed on the live CAP portal because admission portals can change the authentication method during different stages of counselling.

What Details Will Be Available in the Allotment Result?

The allotment information is expected to provide the candidate with details related to the seat allotted during the final phase. Candidates should carefully check:

• Candidate name and other personal details
• AP EAPCET rank
• Allotted college
• Allotted branch/course
• Category or reservation details, where applicable
• Allotment status
• Fee and payment instructions, wherever applicable
• Self-reporting instructions
• College-reporting requirements
• Deadline for completing the admission process

Candidates should download and preserve the allotment order and other acknowledgement documents generated through the counselling portal.

AP EAPCET Round 3 Counselling 2026: How Are Seats Allotted?

The final-phase allotment is carried out through the counselling process based on the candidate's merit/rank, options entered during web counselling, applicable reservation provisions and availability of seats. Candidates participating in the final phase were required to complete the prescribed counselling formalities before being considered for allotment. The final-phase MPC schedule included registration and fee payment, certificate verification, web-options entry and an option-change stage before seat allotment. The order in which candidates enter their preferred colleges and courses is therefore important because the allotment process considers the submitted web options along with the candidate's eligibility and available seats.

What After AP EAPCET 2026 Round 3 Allotment?

Candidates who receive a seat should not consider the allotment result alone as completion of the admission process. They should carefully read the instructions issued with the allotment and complete the required self-reporting and college-reporting formalities within the prescribed period.

Candidates should also:

1. Download the allotment order.
2. Check the allotted college and branch.
3. Verify the fee and payment instructions.
4. Complete online self-reporting, wherever required.
5. Report to the allotted college within the specified deadline.
6. Carry the required original documents and copies.
7. Preserve payment receipts, allotment orders and reporting acknowledgements.

The applicable reporting dates should be checked directly on the candidate's allotment order and the latest CAP notification.

Documents to Keep Ready for College Reporting

Candidates who are allotted seats should keep their admission documents ready. Depending on the candidate's circumstances and the requirements of the allotted institution, these may include:

• AP EAPCET 2026 rank card
• AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket
• AP EAPCET allotment order
• Intermediate/12th standard marks memo
• SSC/Class 10 marks memo
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Study certificates, wherever applicable
• Residence/local-status documents, wherever applicable
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Income certificate, if applicable
• EWS certificate, if applicable
• Aadhaar card or another valid identity document
• Other certificates specified by the counselling authority or allotted college

Candidates should check the allotment order and college instructions because document requirements can differ according to category and admission status.

AP EAPCET 2026 Round 3: What If You Do Not Get a Seat?

Candidates who do not receive an allotment in the final phase should check the official CAP portal for further instructions and any subsequent admission-related notices. They should not assume that an additional counselling round or vacant-seat admission process will automatically be conducted. Any further admission opportunity would depend on an official notification from the competent authority. Candidates should therefore monitor the AP EAPCET CAP portal and APSCHE's official updates for any subsequent announcements.

AP EAPCET 2026 Engineering vs BiPC Final Phase

Candidates should be careful not to confuse the MPC engineering counselling schedule with the BiPC counselling schedule. The CAP portal currently shows separate sections for AP EAPCET MPC engineering admissions and BiPC admissions. It also states that the BiPC final-phase web-options schedule has been extended through September 20, 2026, making the two streams' schedules different. Therefore, engineering/MPC candidates should follow the MPC-specific allotment and reporting instructions rather than the BiPC timetable.
