XIM University: MBA Date Extended to January 20.
It has been decided that the end date for MBA admission is January 20, 2025, to provide candidates extra time for registration Submission of XGMT-based applications is now closed. For further information please check the official website.
XIM University is also offering MBA program and it has revised the last date of application to January 20, 2025. This extension helps the candidates who are aspiring to get into the programme to fill in their forms and get a seat in one of the most prestigious management institution in India. When the programme was first introduced, hopes of being awarded a grant were pegged on the fact that the application had an end date of December 2024, but this was shifted one time to another and then another to allow for more applicants for the grant.

Decision to extend the date is in line with the overall strategy of the university to try and attract more interested candidates who would like to pursue a career in managerial positions. This step is rational because the MBA program is considered competitive and as more people get aware of it then they must apply, this means that by setting next deadlines some students may from lack of funds, lack of understanding, or any other reason may fail to apply and hence this method will close this gap.
How to Apply?
- Candidates interested in applying for the MBA program must follow these steps:
- The official website of XIM University should be visited.
- In the MBA program, go to the application page.
- New users have to register with a valid e-mail ID and mobile number.
- With accurate information, complete the application form.
- Scan and upload necessary papers, pass the certified copies of academic certificates, ID proof, and two recent passport size photographs.
Candidates are encouraged to make corrections where necessary after they have gone through their application forms before concluding.

To ensure a smooth application process, candidates must prepare the following documents:
- HARD COPY: Photocopies of all academic mark sheets including class 10, class 12, graduation mark sheets & Degree certificates
- Original Government approved Photo ID Proof (Such as, Aadhar Card, Passport or Permanent Account Number [PAN] Card).
- Last passport size photograph with signature and the date signed

About the XGMT Exam
The XGMT known as the XIM University level management entrance test is used for the purpose of screening for MBA admission. Having closed the registration window using XGMT, candidates who have applied using this method will be considered using the performance of this test.
What’s Next?
Those candidates who have successfully registered will move to the other forms of admission procedures by the deadline of January 20. These are group discussions, personal interviews and the final merit list selection. As mentioned earlier, the university has to announce possibility regarding these rounds after closing the process of application.
