XAT 2025: Exam Date Set for January 5; Registration Extended Until December 10
The Xavier Labour Relations Institute under Jamshedpur has initiated announces that the XAT 2025 exam will be hosted on 5 January 2025. This extended registration period will allow applicants until December 10, 2024.
Registration Deadline Extended
The Xavier Aptitude Test 2025 will be held in XAT 05/01/2025. It is one of the premier exams for the MBA course , set conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur what provides entry to XLRI plus other B-schools.
Registration of XAT 2025 will be from 10th December 2024 Till the date of payment, the Application Fee is ₹ 2,100 In addition to this an extra fee of ₹ 200 is charged for each additional XLRI programme application. The authorities have suggested that those intending to join the University should apply early to allow them have an easy time as they compete for admission slots.
Exam Syllabus and Pattern
The XAT is an online test, which is exactly 3 hour and 30 minutes long. It will also include caselets and situation solving tests to measure talents and managing skills in talents and individuals. The focus areas of the examination might include:
- Verbal Ability and Logic Reasoning (VA & LR): This section will contain reading, writing and mathematics type questions.
- Decision-Making (DM): Caselets and case-based decision-making questions have been used, where possible.
- Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (QA & DI): Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry and Data Analysis questions – Writing Number Sentences: Rule:
- General Knowledge (GK): This section will include both Static GK, and current affair section will be included in this section.
- Essay Writing: Candidates will be required to produce an essay on a topic given to him.

Mock Test Accessibility
In order to assist candidates in their preparations, a mock test was issued by XLRI on November 10 with the use of candidate login on the official website. The mock test is very useful in getting familiarized with the structure and timing of the examination.
The candidates are advised to complete their registration without delay, ensuring that all entries in the application by the candidate are true and correct, as more than 250 management institutes. These include more than 50 XAMI constituent colleges, including XLRI.
