WBJEE & JEXPO 2025: Key Admission Deadlines Today

The WBJEE 2025 Round 1 counselling concludes today, while the JEXPO 2025 Round 2 admission process kicks off. This overlap makes it essential for all students to be fully aware of the respective schedules to avoid missing out on their desired seat.

WBJEE 2025: Final Call for Round 1 Admission

Today is the final day for all candidates who have been allotted a seat in the WBJEE 2025 Round 1 to complete the necessary formalities. The seat acceptance fee payment window, which opened on September 3, will close today. This is a non-negotiable step. Candidates who fail to pay the ₹5,000 seat acceptance fee by the end of today will have their allotment automatically cancelled and will be excluded from all future counselling rounds.

After paying the fee, it is equally important for candidates to complete the physical reporting and document verification process at their respective allotted institutes. This dual step is mandatory for securing admission. For those who have chosen the "upgradation" option, completing the payment and verification ensures their eligibility for the upcoming Round 2 seat allotment, which is scheduled to be released on September 9, 2025.

JEXPO 2025: Round 2 Admission and Document Verification Begins

As the curtain falls on WBJEE Round 1, the next phase of polytechnic admissions begins with JEXPO 2025. The results for the 2nd phase seat allotment were declared yesterday, and the admission and physical document verification process officially begins today.

The key window for this process is from September 7 to September 9, 2025. Aspirants who have received a seat in this round must visit their allotted colleges with all the required original documents for verification. The documents checklist includes the JEXPO 2025 Rank Card, provisional allotment letter, Class 10th mark sheet, and other personal certificates. A smooth verification process is essential for final admission confirmation.

COMEDK and Other Engineering Exam Updates

While the focus is on West Bengal today, engineering aspirants should also be aware of other significant events. The COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling Round 4 has concluded, with the final deadline for fee payment set for September 9 and college reporting until September 10. This is the last chance for many students to secure a seat in top private colleges in Karnataka.

Looking ahead, candidates preparing for future exams should note that the application window for GATE 2026 is currently open, with the last date for registration without a late fee being September 28. Staying informed about these key dates is crucial for successful admission.
