Seat Surrender Process
We must state that HNBUMEU has noted that all the candidates that wish to surrender their allocated seats should do so in writing. This is helpful in making sure that any accidentally or undeserved seat can immediately be reused in another deserving student in the next round of counselling.

- Visit the Official Website: Click on the following link: http://hnbumu.ac.in.
- Download the Seat Surrender Form: Scroll to the notice section and download the surrender form.
- Fill Out the Form: Mention your particulars correctly such as roll number, NEET PG college allotted, course etc.
- Submit the Form: Scan the completed form and upload it entirely online or take a printout of the entire form and submit it to the concerned counselling office as directed.
- Keep Acknowledgment: Make sure to save the acknowledgment received for future purposes.
