UPTAC 2025: Final Day for Special Round 2 Physical Reporting

Today is a high-stakes day for thousands of engineering aspirants in Uttar Pradesh as the final phase of UPTAC 2025 counselling is set to conclude. Today, September 14, 2025, is the absolute last date for candidates who have been allotted a seat in Special Round 2 to complete their physical reporting at their respective institutions.

The Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) is wrapping up its admission process for the academic year 2025-26, and this special round was a final opportunity to fill the remaining vacant seats. Any candidate who fails to report by the end of today will automatically lose their allotted seat. The university has made it clear that non-reporting will lead to the cancellation of the seat, with no fee refund provided. Regular notifications are posted at https://uptac.admissions.nic.in/.

Mandatory Steps for Final Admission

For every B.Tech aspirant who has received an allotment in this round, it is imperative to complete the following steps to secure a confirmed seat:

1. Physical Reporting: This is the most crucial step. You must physically visit the college or university that has been allotted to you. This is where your documents will be verified, and your admission will be finalized.
2. Document Verification: You must carry all your original documents along with multiple photocopies. The verification team at the college will cross-check all your credentials. Any discrepancy could lead to your admission being cancelled.
3. Fee Payment: Ensure all remaining fees, if any, are paid as per the college's instructions to complete the process. In many cases, full fee submission is mandatory for final admission.

List of Required Documents

To ensure a smooth physical reporting process, aspirants should prepare the following documents:

• UPTAC 2025 Allotment Letter: A printout of the final seat allotment letter.
• JEE Main / CUET Scorecard: The original scorecard based on which you were allotted a seat.
• Academic Documents: Class 10th and 12th Marksheets and Passing Certificates.
• Identity and Other Certificates: A valid Photo ID Proof, Domicile Certificate (for Uttar Pradesh candidates), and Category Certificate (if applicable).

This final deadline is a critical moment for students. It marks the end of their counselling journey and the beginning of their academic career. With the academic session about to commence, a timely response is essential to avoid any last-minute complications.
