The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has extended the TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 college reporting deadline to September 9, 2026.

NLP Concept Illustration

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has extended the TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 college reporting deadline to September 9, 2026. The earlier deadline was September 5. Candidates allotted seats in Phase 2 now have four extra days to complete physical reporting at their allotted law college. The updated notice is live at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in.

TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Reporting: Key Update

The extension covers every candidate allotted a seat in Phase 2, across both the 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB streams. Reporting must be done in person at the allotted college campus — downloading the allotment letter or paying the fee online does not, by itself, complete the admission process.

Who Is Affected by the Extension

Every candidate allotted a seat in Phase 2 is covered, regardless of stream. Candidates who miss the September 9 window lose their allotted seat and are also shut out of the Final Phase of counselling. TGCHE's notice states this applies equally to candidates who fail to report and to those who report but then cancel their admission — both outcomes bar a candidate from the Final Phase.

How to Report at the Allotted College

  1. Visit the allotted college on or before September 9, 2026.
  2. Carry all original academic and category certificates.
  3. Bring the tuition fee payment receipt for the year.
  4. Complete document verification with college authorities.
  5. Collect the admission confirmation before leaving the campus.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates should carry their TS LAWCET 2026 rank card, hall ticket, provisional allotment letter, and tuition fee receipt, along with Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets. Candidates in the 3-year LLB stream should additionally carry their degree consolidated marks memo. Transfer and migration certificates, study/bonafide certificates, and category or income certificates should be carried where applicable. Fee slabs and exact course length differ between the two LLB streams, but the reporting process and September 9 deadline are identical for both.

What Happens If You Skip Reporting

Missing the September 9 deadline means the allotted Phase 2 seat is treated as cancelled, with no separate appeal window. The same candidate is also barred from participating in the Final Phase of TS LAWCET 2026 counselling, making this effectively the last opportunity within the Phase 2 cycle.

Helpline and Support

TGCHE has set up a dedicated helpline for reporting-related queries at 9908021100, active from 10 AM to 5 PM, operating out of PGRRCDE, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Email support is also available through the counselling portal for candidates facing technical or payment issues. Candidates should quote their TS LAWCET 2026 hall ticket number in all communication to help the desk trace queries faster.

Official Website

Candidates should rely only on the official TS LAWCET counselling portal, lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in, for allotment status, notices, and the Final Phase schedule when announced.
