The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has officially released the TS EAMCET (TG EAPCET) 2026 admit card for the engineering stream on April 27, 2026. Candidates who have successfully completed the application process can now download their hall tickets from the official website — eapcet.tgche.ac.in. The admit card will remain available for download until the exam date.
The TS EAMCET 2026 exam will be conducted in multiple phases depending on the stream. For Agriculture and Pharmacy (A&P), the exam is scheduled on May 4 and May 5, while the Engineering (E) stream exams will be held from May 9 to May 11, 2026. The hall tickets for A&P streams were released earlier on April 23.
To download the admit card, candidates need to enter their registration number, qualifying exam hall ticket number, and date of birth on the login portal. Once downloaded, it is important to carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card, including name, photograph, exam centre, and stream. In case of any discrepancies, candidates must immediately contact the exam authorities.
Candidates are required to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre along with a valid photo ID proof. Without these documents, entry to the exam hall will not be permitted. It is also advised to visit the exam centre a day before to avoid last-minute confusion and plan travel accordingly.
The TS EAMCET 2026 will be conducted in two shifts each day — Forenoon (9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon) and Afternoon (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM). As per the marking scheme, candidates will receive +1 mark for every correct answer, and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses, which gives students an advantage to attempt more questions confidently.
Candidates should also strictly follow exam-day guidelines. Items such as calculators, mobile phones, pagers, log tables, and any electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. Students are advised to wear simple and comfortable clothing and reach the exam centre at least one to two hours before the reporting time.
The exam paper for the engineering stream will include questions from Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with Mathematics carrying the highest weightage. This makes time management and accuracy extremely important during the exam.
With the admit card now released, candidates should focus on final revision and avoid starting new topics. Staying calm, well-prepared, and confident will be key to performing well in this highly competitive entrance exam.
