The list is available on the official counselling portal at dme.mponline.gov.in. Candidates who completed the required registration can check their state merit rank and participate in the next stage of counselling. The counselling covers state quota seats in government and private medical and dental colleges across Madhya Pradesh.

MP NEET UG 2026 Choice Filling Dates
Choice filling for eligible candidates will begin on August 15, 2026. Candidates must submit and lock their preferences by August 18, 2026. The Round 1 seat allotment result is scheduled to be released on August 20, 2026.
Who Can Participate?
Candidates must have:
- Qualified NEET UG 2026.
- Completed registration on the DME MP counselling portal.
- A valid Madhya Pradesh domicile, where applicable.
- A name in the Round 1 state merit list.
Candidates without MP domicile may be considered for applicable open state seats. All India Quota seats are allotted separately through MCC counselling.

- Open the NEET UG 2026 counselling section.

- Download the PDF.
- Search for your NEET UG roll number or name.
- Note your state merit rank.
How to Fill Choices?
- Log in to the DME MP counselling portal.
- Open the choice-filling module from August 15.
- Select colleges and courses in your preferred order.
- Rearrange your choices according to your preference.
- Lock the choices before August 18.
- Download and save the choice-filling confirmation.
Candidates should carefully prepare their preference list because seat allotment will depend on merit rank, category, choices submitted and seat availability.
