Today brings a critical update for engineering aspirants who have secured a seat through the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2025 counselling. The final phase, known as the internal sliding process, has begun, offering a last-minute opportunity for students to switch to a more preferred engineering branch within the same college.

Conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), the internal sliding process is a vital tool for students looking to optimize their admission based on available seats. For aspirants who might be in a less-than-ideal branch, this process is a gateway to their desired course without having to forfeit their existing seat.

Key Dates for Your Calendar

  • Options Entry: The window for exercising options for internal sliding began on August 18, 2025. Students must submit their choices within the specified time frame.
  • Final Allotment Result: The much-awaited final allotment list is scheduled for release on August 22, 2025. Aspirants are advised to keep a close watch on the official website for the announcement.
  • Reporting Deadline: After the final allotment, candidates must report to their respective colleges to confirm their seat. The deadline for reporting is August 23, 2025. Failing to meet this deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

This final counselling stage is exclusively for candidates who have already participated in the previous TS EAMCET counselling phases. It is important for students to carefully consider their options and ensure all steps are completed by the deadlines to avoid any last-minute hurdles.
