TANCET 2025 Results Out; Nearly Half of Candidates Expect Scores Below 40

Anna University has released the TANCET 2025 results, with nearly 47% of candidates anticipating scores below 40 marks out of 100. The results are now available on the official portal, and qualified candidates will soon participate in the counselling process for admissions into MBA and MCA programs in Tamil Nadu.

Anna University released the TANCET 2025 results today, April 23, for over 38,000 candidates who appeared for the MBA and MCA entrance exam held on March 22, 2025. According to a recent poll conducted by Shiksha.com, 47% of candidates anticipate scoring below 40 marks out of 100, indicating a challenging exam this year.

The TANCET exam comprised 100 questions across four sections, and the results include actual marks and percentile scores accessible via the official portal tancet.annauniv.edu. While 20% of candidates expect scores between 40 and 50, only 16% are confident of scoring above 70 marks. The final answer key was released on April 17, and the results were prepared accordingly.

Qualified candidates will soon be invited to participate in the counselling process for admission into postgraduate management and computer applications programs in Tamil Nadu. The counselling registration details are expected shortly following the result declaration.
