‘Skills4Future’ Launched to Empower Tamil Nadu’s Tech Aspirants

Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC), Edunet Foundation, and Shell India have jointly launched ‘Skills4Future’ to empower the state’s youth with essential tech and employability skills. The program will target over 5,000 students and enhance career readiness in emerging industries.

A new initiative ‘Skills4Future’ has been launched by TNSDC in collaboration with Edunet Foundation and Shell India to equip Tamil Nadu's youth with digital and tech skills.

𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐘𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒

Skills4Future aims to upskill youth in fields like Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and software development.

The training is aligned with the National Education Policy 2020, promoting real-world skill development.

The program will emphasize 21st-century skills such as problem-solving, communication, and digital literacy.

Tamil Nadu students will be given priority, especially those from government and aided institutions.


𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐂 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐁𝐄𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒

TNSDC is leading the effort to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs.

Shell India will provide technical guidance and mentorship under its CSR programs.

Edunet Foundation will ensure efficient implementation of the training modules.

The collaboration seeks to create a future-ready workforce across Tamil Nadu.

Over 5,000 students are expected to benefit from this tech-focused initiative.

Sessions will include hands-on workshops, project-based learning, and mock interviews.

Certification will be offered upon successful completion of the course.

Students will gain exposure to real-world industry expectations and technologies.
