The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board has announced a Special Stray Round for MBBS and Round 5 for BDS admissions, listing 157 vacant seats — 136 MBBS and 21 BDS. All vacancies are in private medical and dental colleges; there are zero government MBBS or BDS seats available in this round. The application fee deadline was 4:00 PM on November 5, 2026, and both parts of the online application must be submitted by 8:00 PM the same day. Eligible candidates must complete document verification and bond submission at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, on November 6 or 7, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

This is the final state-level counselling round for Rajasthan NEET UG 2026. Candidates who miss the verification window forfeit their last opportunity to secure a seat through Rajasthan state counselling this year .

Seat Availability: What's Vacant (and What Isn't)

The 157 vacant seats are distributed entirely across private institutions:

No government MBBS or BDS seats are available in this round. The largest single concentration is at Vyas Medical College & Hospital, Jodhpur, which has 96 MBBS seats (73 general + 23 management) .

Who Can Apply: Eligibility and the Consent Form Exception

Eligible candidates include registered NEET UG 2026 candidates who meet the Board's criteria. Candidates who were allotted or upgraded in Round 3 and did not join are not eligible, nor are those who have joined a college through All India counselling or another state's counselling .

Consent form exception: Candidates whose original documents were verified in the earlier Stray Vacancy Round, who were not allotted any seat, and whose documents remain deposited with the Board do not need to appear for verification again. They must email a signed consent form to support@neetrajasthan.com by November 7, 2026, to have choice filling enabled .

Document verification is mandatory and in-person for all other eligible candidates.

All original documents as listed in the Information Booklet (NEET admit card, scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, category certificate if applicable, domicile certificate, ID proof)

The prescribed bond (downloadable from ug.neetrajasthan.com), signed

Two copies of the application form and two sets of photocopies of relevant documents

Critical: The Board will retain original documents after verification. Failure to submit the bond will make the candidate ineligible for the round, even if documents are verified .

Fresh Choice Filing: Previous Choices Are Void

All choices submitted in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and the earlier Stray Vacancy Round are treated as null and void. Candidates must submit fresh choices during the window from November 7 to November 10, 2026. Choices auto-lock at 11:45 PM on November 10 .

Choice filling will be enabled only for candidates whose documents and bond have been verified and deposited.

Security Deposit and Bond: What You Must Pay

A security deposit is required for allotment consideration. Amounts vary by seat type:

What Happens After Verification

The provisional merit list will be published on November 7, 2026. The provisional allotment result is scheduled for November 11, 2026. Allotted candidates must report at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, between November 13 and 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to complete admission formalities
