Grievance Submission (July 13 to July 15, 2025): This is a critical window for candidates to raise any objections or submit requests for corrections to their data in the provisional merit list. If a candidate finds any discrepancy in their name, scores, category, or any other relevant information, they must submit a grievance online within this period. For candidates who opted for physical scrutiny of documents, they might need to visit a Facilitation Centre (FC) to submit their grievances. Failure to submit a grievance within these dates implies acceptance of the provisional merit list as is, and no further changes will be entertained.

Towards the Final Merit List and CAP Round 1:

Following the grievance submission period, the CET Cell Maharashtra will review all submitted objections and make necessary corrections. Provisional Seat Allotment for CAP Round 1: After choice filling, the provisional seat allotment result for CAP Round 1 will be released (expected to start around July 12, if the merit list is released then, or after the final merit list, as is more common).

Seat Acceptance and Reporting (Freeze/Float/Slide): Candidates who are allotted a seat will have options similar to other counselling processes:

• Freeze: Accept the allotted seat as final and complete admission formalities.
• Float: Accept the allotted seat but wish to be considered for an upgrade in a higher preference in subsequent rounds (within any college).
