- Provisional Seat Allotment Result: The much-awaited seat allotment result for this final phase will be released on August 4, 2025.
- Self-Reporting and College Reporting: Candidates who are allotted a seat must complete the self-reporting process on the official website and physically report to their respective colleges between August 4 and August 8, 2025.
- Commencement of Classes: Classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin from August 4, 2025, as well.

With the web-options window closed, aspirants should now prepare for the seat allotment result. Upon the release of the results on August 4, candidates must log in to the official portal, eapcet-sche.aptonline.in, to check their allotment status.
If a seat is allotted, candidates must download their provisional allotment order, pay the necessary fees for self-reporting, and carry all required documents for in-person verification at the allotted college. This is the final round, and any candidate who fails to report within the specified dates will lose their claim to the allotted seat.
