Today, July 10, 2025, marks a critical juncture for thousands of medical allied aspirants who appeared for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET 2025, now officially known as TG EAPCET). The window for exercising web options (choice filling) for Phase 1 of the counselling process for admissions into Pharmacy (B.Pharm, Pharm.D) and Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture, B.V.Sc, B.F.Sc, etc.) streams concludes today. Simultaneously, the crucial step of freezing of options for this phase also has its deadline today.

Candidates who have successfully completed their certificate verification (which concluded on July 8) and participated in the web options entry from July 6 onwards, must ensure their choices are finalized and frozen by the end of today. Failure to freeze options typically results in the last saved choices being automatically locked, which might not reflect the candidate's most updated preferences.

The TS EAMCET counselling is a multi-stage, online process designed to allocate seats in various undergraduate professional courses offered by universities and private colleges across Telangana. For medical allied aspirants, this specifically translates to admissions into esteemed Pharmacy and Agriculture colleges.

Key Upcoming Dates in TS EAMCET 2025 Phase 1:

Exercising Options after Certificate Verification: July 6 to July 10, 2025 (Today - Last Day!)

Freezing of Options: July 10, 2025 (Today - Last Day!)

Display of Mock Seat Allocation: On or before July 13, 2025

Modification of Options (if required, after Mock Allotment): July 14 to July 15, 2025

Freezing of Options for First Phase Seat Allotment (Final): July 15, 2025

Provisional Allotment of Seats for First Phase: On or before July 18, 2025

Payment of Tuition Fee & Self-Reporting through Website: July 18 to July 22, 2025

Physical Reporting at the Allotted College: (Dates for Phase 1 physical reporting will align, Phase 2 is mentioned as July 31-August 2, 2025).

Understanding the Counselling Process for Medical Allied Aspirants:

  • Registration and Fee Payment (Concluded): This phase involved online filing of basic information, payment of processing fees (₹1200 for Unreserved, ₹600 for Reserved categories), and slot booking for certificate verification. This was open from June 28 to July 7.
  • Certificate Verification (Concluded): Candidates who booked slots attended Help Line Centres (HLCs) from July 1 to July 8 for biometric and document verification. Successful verification was a prerequisite for exercising web options.
  • Exercising and Freezing Web Options (Concluding Today): This is the current phase. Aspirants log into their portal and select their preferred courses (e.g., B.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc Agriculture, etc.) and colleges from the available list in their order of priority. Strategic choice filling is paramount to maximize admission chances based on their TS EAMCET rank. It's crucial to save choices periodically and, finally, to 'freeze' them by today's deadline.
  • Mock Allotment and Option Modification: The release of the mock seat allocation on July 13 will provide candidates with an indicative idea of their potential seat allotment. This is a crucial feedback mechanism, allowing them to modify their options on July 14 and 15 if they wish to improve their chances or secure a more desired college/course. The final freezing of options for the First Phase happens on July 15.
  • Provisional Allotment of Seats: The most awaited step, the Provisional Allotment for Phase 1, will be released by July 18, 2025. Candidates can check their allotment status by logging into the official portal (tgeapcet.nic.in). An SMS alert is also typically sent.
  • Payment of Tuition Fee & Self-Reporting: Upon provisional allotment, candidates must pay the prescribed tuition fee online and complete the "self-reporting" process through the website within the stipulated dates (July 18 to July 22). Failure to do so by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
  • Physical Reporting to Allotted College: The final step involves physically reporting to the allotted college with all original documents for final verification and completion of admission formalities. This ensures the provisional seat is converted into a confirmed admission.

Important Documents for Verification and Reporting:

Medical allied aspirants must have the following documents ready:

  1. TS EAMCET 2025 Rank Card
  2. TS EAMCET 2025 Hall Ticket
  3. Aadhaar Card
  4. SSC (Class 10) Marks Memo and Certificate

Regular monitoring of the official website tgeapcet.nic.in is essential for all updates.
