NEET PG 2024: Percentile Criteria Lowered for Counseling Eligibility
The National Board of Examinations has given the NEET PG 2024 percentile cutoff for different categories a considerable decline while attending the counselling.

New Percentile Requirements
The revised percentile criteria are as follows:
- General Category/EWS: The centile score of the candidates has been reduced and any candidate who has scored a centile score of 15% and above qualifies to make a counselling.
- SC/ST/OBC/PwD Categories: Candidates from these restricted categories scoring or more than 10 percentile can also avail counseling.

Impact of the Decision
This cut in percentile eligibility would be good news for thousands of candidates who performed just below the earlier bar.
