- Result status
- Details required for counselling
Students should carefully check all the information after downloading the scorecard. If there is any discrepancy, they should follow the official CET Cell instructions.
How Is the Percentile Calculated for MHT CET 2026?
The CET Cell uses a normalization method because the MHT CET is conducted in multiple shifts. According to the official normalization document, percentile scores are based on how well a candidate performed in their session. The percentile score is used as the normalized score instead of the raw marks. The CET Cell also states that percentile scores are calculated up to seven decimal places to reduce ties. This means students should not compare raw marks from different shifts. The final percentile is more important for preparing the merit list and for counselling.
