The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the Round 1 counselling schedule for PG Medical (MD/MS/Diploma & DNB) state-quota seats based on NEET-PG 2026. Applications and document uploads run from 21 to 25 October 2026. The provisional allotment letter is scheduled for 2 November 2026, and document verification and admission run from 3 to 10 November 2026.

What each stage means
- Application and document upload: Candidates apply online and upload their documents. JCECEB prepares the state merit list from these applications.
- Provisional merit list and objections: The provisional list is published on 26 October, and candidates get one day, 27 October, to raise objections.
- Final state merit list: This is published on 28 October.
- Choice filling: Registration and choice filling take place over two days, 29 and 30 October. The two-day window is short, so shortlist your preferred colleges and courses beforehand.
- Provisional allotment letter: Scheduled for 2 November.
- Admission: Allotted candidates must complete document verification and admission between 3 and 10 November.
