1. Seat Acceptance and Fees
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 will have to choose between a "Freeze" and a "Float" option.
- Freeze: If you are satisfied with your allotted seat and do not wish to participate in subsequent rounds, you must choose to "Freeze" the seat. You will then need to pay the seat acceptance fee online.
- Float: If you are allotted a seat that is not your first choice, but you wish to be considered for a higher-preference college in the next round, you can choose to "Float". You must still pay the seat acceptance fee to remain in contention for Round 3.
Note: Candidates who have been allotted one of their top three preferences are "auto-freezed" and are not eligible for further rounds.
2. Reporting to the Allotted College
After online seat acceptance, candidates must physically report to their assigned college for document verification and confirmation of admission. It is mandatory to carry all original documents, their photocopies, and the fee payment receipt.
