MDI Gurgaon: Apply for FPM 2025 Programme by January 31

MDI Gurgaon has released the application for its elite Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) for the batch of 2025.

Modi has announced that the application for the fellow programme in management (FPM) 2025 at Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has already kicked off. Any candidate who intends to make an enhanced contribution to the field of management through high quality research can apply for this program. The applications submitted should reach the board by end of January 31, 2025.

Programme Overview

The Fellow Programme in Management at MDI Gurgaon is designed for those persons who have passion towards enhancing understanding and creating knowledge in managerial sciences. The programme is structured to offer flexibility, with two distinct tracks:

Residential Track: Suits those candidates who can devote entirely their time in their learning in the MDI campus in Gurgaon with a time dedicated to academics.
Non-Residential Track: Developed for the employed professionals who are willing to achieve their research objectives while continuing practice by not migrating.

It gives the participant a chance to choose a mode of study of his/her choice yet exploit all the conducive faculties of MDI.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

A postgraduate degree or its equivalent in any discipline with 60% marks or above or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary (CA/ICWA/CS) with 50 % marks or above.
It’s very important in group A to score a minimum aggregate of fifty five percent for graduation pursuit.
The candidates need to clear in any of the national level tests like CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ UGC- NET conducted within the last three years.

Scholarship Support: For those students who are accepted for the residential learning track, scholarship funds can be derived for tuition, room, and board plus a monthly allowance.

Application Process

To apply for a position at MDI Gurgaon, prospective employer candidates must use the online application found only on the official website of MDI Gurgaon.
A non-refundable application fee is required to complete the application submitted through online.
The Documents to be uploaded are transcript and report of Qualifying Examination, Statement of Purpose & Research Proposal as to the intended area of study etc.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisted candidates will be required to interview in person also and during this interview we will assess their academic achievement, ability to conduct research, and interest in the programme among other things. The last choice will be made on the basis of the performance: previous academic results and researcher abilities.
