The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, is nearing the final cutoff for the MAH BBA, BMS, BBM, and BCA CET 2026 registration. This entrance examination is the mandatory gateway for students seeking admission into undergraduate professional management and computer application courses across the state. While the initial registration phase concluded earlier, the cell provided an extension to assist students who were awaiting board results or faced technical issues during the first window.

As of March 27, 2026, the application portal remains functional for all eligible aspirants. This year, the CET Cell has integrated the entrance process for multiple professional degrees. This ensures a unified admission path for programs including Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).

MAH BBA CET 2026 Important Dates and Schedule

Candidates must complete their profile registration and fee payment within the remaining time to ensure their participation in the examination. The State CET Cell maintains a transparent schedule to help students plan their preparations effectively.

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To apply for the MAH BBA CET 2026, candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or its equivalent examination from a recognized board. Students appearing for their final Class 12 exams in 2026 are also eligible to register provisionally. General category candidates require a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, while candidates from reserved categories and persons with disabilities from Maharashtra require 40% marks.

The registration fee for General category candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), and J&K Migrants is 1,000. Candidates belonging to Backward Class Categories (SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, EWS) and PWD from Maharashtra are required to pay 800.

Examination Pattern and Preparation

The MAH BBA CET 2026 is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted across multiple sessions. The paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions with no negative marking. The test evaluates candidates on four primary sections: English Language, Reasoning (Verbal and Arithmetic), General Awareness, and Computer Basics.

Once the registration window closes on April 30, the CET Cell will activate a brief correction window. During this time, candidates can rectify specific errors in their uploaded documents or personal details. Hall tickets will be issued only to those who successfully complete the fee payment and final submission process. Students should use this time to review their applications for accuracy to avoid issues during the hall ticket generation phase.

The upcoming closure of the MAH BBA CET 2026 registration window represents the final opportunity for management aspirants in Maharashtra to secure their eligibility for the 2026-27 academic session. With the examination scheduled for late May, students are encouraged to finalize their applications promptly to avoid last-minute server congestion. The transition into the exam phase follows a successful extension period that has seen a significant rise in applicant numbers across the state. Authorities have emphasized that no further extensions are expected, making it vital for students to act before the April 30 cutoff.
