The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the DCET 2025 Round 3 provisional seat allotment result. Aspirants can check their status on the official website. The final list will be published today, with key dates for fee payment and college reporting to follow.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the provisional seat allotment results for the third and final round of the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2025 counselling. This marks a crucial step for aspirants seeking lateral entry into engineering and B.Arch courses in the state.

Students who participated in the counselling process can now check their provisional allotment status on the official KEA website.

How to Check Your Result:

To view the provisional seat allotment result, candidates should follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the official KEA website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/dcet2025
  2. On the homepage, click on the "DCET-2025 FINAL ROUND PROVISIONAL SEAT ALLOTMENT RESULT" link.
  3. Enter your CET number and click "Submit."
  4. Your provisional seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.

Objections and Final Allotment: 

The provisional list is based on the merit of the candidates and their preferences submitted during the option entry window from August 11 to 18, 2025. If any student has an objection to their provisional allotment, they must email keauthority-ka@nic.in by 6:00 PM today, August 20, 2025. The final seat allotment list for the third round will be published after 6:00 PM today.

Important Dates and Next Steps: 

Aspirants should note the following key dates for the next phase of the admission process:

  • Final Seat Allotment Result: After 6:00 PM, August 20, 2025
  • Challan Download: August 21 to 24, 2025
  • Fee Payment: Last date is August 25, 2025
  • Reporting to College: August 21 to 26, 2025

It is mandatory for students to report to their allotted colleges within the specified time frame. The caution deposit paid earlier will be adjusted towards the tuition fee. It is important to remember that there is no option to cancel the allotted seat or request a refund of the caution deposit in this final round. Failure to report will result in the forfeiture of the caution deposit and may lead to additional penalties.
