The JEECUP 2025 Round 7 seat allotment results are now available. We explain the critical next steps for polytechnic aspirants, including document verification and fee payment deadlines. Stay updated with Only Education.

The Joint Entrance Examinations Council (JEEC), Uttar Pradesh, has officially declared the Round 7 seat allotment results for JEECUP 2025 counselling. This marks a crucial stage for thousands of polytechnic aspirants across the state who are seeking to secure a seat in various diploma courses.
Candidates can now check their allotment status by visiting the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in, and logging in with their application number and password. The seat allotment is based on the candidate's rank, the choices they filled during the counselling process, their category, and the number of available seats.
Mandatory Steps for Allotted Candidates
For all candidates who have been allotted a seat in this round, it is imperative to complete the following steps to confirm their admission:
- Pay Seat Acceptance Fee: A seat acceptance fee of Rs 3250 must be paid. A portion of this fee (Rs 3000) will be adjusted towards the tuition fee, with the remaining Rs 250 acting as a non-refundable counselling fee.
- Document Verification: After paying the fee, candidates must report to a designated JEECUP district help centre for document verification. This step is mandatory and must be completed by September 13, 2025.
- Report to Allotted Institute: The final step is to report to your allotted institute after successful document verification and deposit the remaining admission fee. The deadline for this is September 15, 2025.
It is important to note that the seats allotted in this round are automatically frozen, meaning there is no option to "float" or upgrade the allotted seat. This is the final opportunity for candidates to secure a seat through the main counselling rounds.
For candidates who wish to withdraw from the counselling process, there is an option to do so and get a partial refund of Rs 3000. However, this action will make them ineligible for any further admissions in the current academic session.
