JEECUP 2025 Round 5 Final Reporting Today

Today, August 20, 2025, marks the final and most crucial day for polytechnic aspirants who have been allotted a seat in the JEECUP 2025 Round 5 counselling. The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has extended the deadline for physical reporting, providing a final chance for students to secure their admission by visiting their respective colleges.

This extended reporting period is a relief for many students, but it also means there is no more room for delay. Any candidate who fails to report to their allotted college by the official deadline of 5 PM today will have their seat cancelled, and their candidature will be forfeited. It is essential to treat this as the final opportunity to complete the admission process.

What You Must Do Today

The process for confirming your seat is straightforward but requires meticulous attention to detail.

• Visit the Allotted College: All candidates who were allotted a seat in JEECUP Round 5 must physically report to their designated polytechnic institute.
• Document Verification: At the college, a crucial step is the document verification process. Officials will check all your original documents against the information provided during the application and counselling.
• Seat Confirmation: After successful document verification, you will need to complete the remaining formalities and confirm your seat, which officially secures your admission.

List of Mandatory Documents

To ensure a smooth and successful reporting process, aspirants must carry all the required documents in their original form, along with a set of self-attested photocopies. The following is a list of key documents required:

• JEECUP 2025 Rank Card and Admit Card
• Seat Allotment Letter of Round 5
• Provisional Admission Letter downloaded from the counselling portal
• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and passing certificates
• Category/Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
• Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, and Character Certificate from the last attended institution
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Fee payment receipt / Bank challan

Any discrepancy in the documents can lead to the cancellation of your candidature, so a final check before heading to the college is highly recommended. For regular updates, follow Only Education News at https://www.onlyeducation.in/exams-list/engineering.
