Today marks a decisive and critical day for thousands of polytechnic aspirants across Uttar Pradesh. The Joint Entrance Examinations Council (JEEC), UP, has set today, September 13, 2025, as the final deadline for mandatory document verification for candidates who have been allotted a seat in JEECUP 2025 Round 7.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat must visit a designated district help centre to get their documents verified by 5:00 PM today. This is the last and final chance to complete this crucial step in the counselling process. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their seat allotment, and they will not be considered for admission for this academic year.
Key Next Steps for Allotted Candidates
While the document verification deadline is today, the admission process doesn't end there. Candidates must follow a clear timeline for the next stages to confirm their seats.
- Online Fee Payment: The final date for online payment of the seat acceptance fee was September 12, 2025. This step must have been completed before proceeding to verification.
- Document Verification: As mentioned, this is the final day. Candidates must present all their original documents, including mark sheets, certificates, and the provisional seat allotment letter, at the help centre.
- Final Reporting to Allotted College: After successful verification, the final step is to physically report to the allotted institute to complete the remaining admission formalities. The last date to report to your respective polytechnic institute is September 15, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
Aspirants must remember that seats allotted in this final round are automatically frozen. This means there is no option to "float" or upgrade to another college, making it essential to proceed with the given allotment.
This period is vital for securing a seat in a polytechnic program, and aspirants are urged to follow the deadlines strictly.
