The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has officially opened the application correction facility for the Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) 2026. This administrative window is designed to allow registered candidates to rectify specific errors in their submitted forms before the final processing for admit cards begins. The facility is available only to those aspirants who successfully completed their registration and fee payment before the extended deadline of March 17.

As of March 27, 2026, the correction portal serves as a final opportunity for students to ensure their personal and logistical data is accurate. According to the official guidelines issued by IIM Indore, the correction process is not exhaustive, meaning that only select fields are open for modification. This measure is in place to maintain the integrity of the primary registration data provided by the candidates during the initial application phase.

IPMAT Indore 2026 Important Dates and Schedule

The IPMAT 2026 cycle is moving toward its examination phase. Candidates must strictly adhere to the timelines provided by the institute to avoid any discrepancies on the day of the entrance test.

Editable Fields and Modification Rules

The institute has specified that only six primary fields can be edited during this period. Candidates cannot change fundamental information such as their full name, date of birth, registered category, or academic scores from Class 10 and 12. The fields available for modification are strictly limited to technical and contact details to facilitate smooth communication and center allocation.

The editable fields include the candidate's photograph and signature, which must be clear and meet the prescribed size and format requirements. Additionally, students can update their alternate mobile number and alternate email address. Perhaps most importantly, the window allows for the reordering or changing of exam center city preferences and interview city preferences, which is vital for students who may have experienced changes in their travel plans.

Final Submission Guidelines

It is important to note that the edit facility is a one-time opportunity. Once a candidate logs in to the candidate portal and submits the corrected version of their application form, no further modifications will be permitted. Aspirants are advised to review all six editable fields carefully before clicking the final "Submit" button.

Those who have already provided accurate information and clear documents do not need to take any action during this window. The information provided in the corrected form will be considered final and will be reflected on the IPMAT 2026 admit cards, which are expected to be available for download in late April.

The activation of the IPMAT Indore 2026 correction window marks the final preparatory stage for the national-level entrance exam scheduled for May 4. With the portal remaining active until March 30, candidates have a narrow timeframe to ensure their application data is flawless. As the focus now shifts toward the release of admit cards and final month preparations, students are encouraged to double-check their exam city preferences to ensure a convenient testing experience. Maintaining accuracy at this stage is essential for a hassle-free admission journey into one of India’s most prestigious five-year management programs.
