Why Early Slot Booking is Your Scholarship Superpower

LPUNEST is much more than just an entrance exam; it is a dedicated Scholarship Test. Your performance in LPUNEST directly determines the amount of fee waiver you can avail, with some high performers qualifying for up to a 100% scholarship on the tuition fee. This is why securing your spot in the Phase 1 examination is often referred to as a scholarship superpower.

• Highest Scholarship Slabs: Applicants in Phase 1 are placed in the most favourable scholarship brackets (Category I), offering the maximum potential fee waiver. Later phases typically have lower ceiling limits for scholarship amounts.
• No Negative Marking: The LPUNEST exam follows a generous marking scheme with no negative marking for incorrect answers, encouraging candidates to attempt all questions with confidence.
• Dual Admission & Scholarship Gateway: The same examination acts as both the primary admission criterion for many B.Tech programs and the sole basis for a merit-based fee waiver.
• Flexibility in Exam Mode: Candidates can choose between a Remotely Proctored Online Exam (taken from the comfort and safety of home using two devices) or a traditional Test Centre-Based Exam.

Early application is the single most effective way to lock in the highest possible financial aid, which can significantly reduce the cost of your world-class engineering education.

The admission process through LPUNEST is structured and transparent, guiding aspirants from registration to final seat confirmation. Understanding the steps is key to a smooth application journey.
