The seat allotment for Round 4 is scheduled to be announced on September 5, 2025, at 2 PM. Following the allotment, candidates who have been assigned a seat must complete their decision submission by September 9, 2025, at 2 PM.

Additionally, a penalty amounting to five times the fee will be imposed.
