COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling: Final Round Kicks Off with Over 19,000 Seats

In a significant update for engineering aspirants, the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has officially commenced the final phase of its counselling process. The COMEDK UGET 2025 Round 4 has begun with the choice filling window, offering a crucial last opportunity for students to secure a seat in one of the participating colleges.

According to the official data, a total of 19,242 engineering seats are available for allotment in this final round. This phase of counselling is dedicated to filling the remaining general merit seats, making it a pivotal moment for those who did not secure a seat in the previous rounds.

Important Dates and Key Deadlines

For all candidates participating in this round, it is essential to be aware of the following critical deadlines:

• Choice Filling and Locking: The window for submitting your college and course preferences will close on September 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Students are strongly advised to finalize and lock their choices well before this deadline.
• Seat Allotment Result: The result for Round 4 is scheduled to be released on September 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
• Decision-Making: After the results are out, candidates will have until September 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM to make their decision and pay the required fee to accept the allotted seat.

This is the final opportunity for candidates, and missing any of these deadlines will mean the forfeiture of your chance for admission through the official COMEDK process.

Advice for Aspirants

Given the high number of available seats, it is a great opportunity for students with lower ranks to secure a place in a good college. Aspirants are encouraged to fill in the maximum number of choices in their order of preference to increase their chances of a successful allotment.
