COMEDK has released the detailed schedule for the upcoming Round 3 and Round 4 of its 2025 B.Tech counselling, providing a clear path forward for engineering aspirants. This is a crucial update for students who are yet to secure a seat in their desired engineering college.

Round 3: Key Dates & Deadlines

For aspirants participating in Round 3, here are the dates you need to remember:

  • Choice Editing: The window for editing your college preferences for COMEDK Round 3 is from August 19 (5 PM) to August 21 (3 PM).
  • Seat Allotment: The seat allotment results for Round 3 will be announced on August 22 at 4 PM.
  • Decision-Making & Fee Payment: After the allotment, you will have a limited time to make a decision and pay the seat confirmation fee. This period is from August 22 (4 PM) to August 28 (11 AM).
  • College Reporting: If you confirm your seat, you must report to the allotted college between August 22 (4 PM) and August 28 (2 PM).
  • Seat Cancellation: The option to cancel your seat for Round 3 is available from August 22 (4 PM) to August 28 (4 PM).

Round 4: Tentative Schedule

Following Round 3, a tentative schedule for the final Round 4 has also been released for the remaining vacant seats. It is important to note that the dates for this round are subject to change.

  • Choice Filling: The choice filling period for Round 4 is from August 30 (10 AM) to September 1 (11 AM).
  • Seat Allotment: The seat allotment result is expected to be published on September 2 at 4 PM.
  • Fee Payment & Reporting: The final window for fee payment and reporting to the college for Round 4 is from September 2 (4 PM) to September 6 (10 AM).

Please note that there will be no seat cancellation option available in Round 4, so students must be sure of their choices.
