CENTAC NEET MDS 2026: Fresh Application Deadline Extended to November 2, Round 3 Willingness Till November 3

CENTAC Puducherry has extended the fresh application deadline for NEET MDS 2026 counselling to 5 PM on 2 November 2026. Round 3 participants must submit willingness, pay the registration fee, and enter course preferences by 5 PM on 3 November 2026. Fresh Application vs Round 3 Participation
The two deadlines are different, and candidates should not mix them up.
- Fresh application (2 November): for candidates applying to CENTAC counselling for the first time.
- Round 3 participation (3 November): submitting willingness, paying the registration fee, and entering course preferences.
Because the Round 3 deadline falls one day later, candidates who miss the fresh application window can’t use the later date to apply as fresh applicants.
Resignation Deadline
Candidates admitted through CENTAC Round 1 or Round 2 who want to resign can submit resignation requests until 5 PM on 3 November 2026. Check the terms in the official notice before resigning.
How to Apply
The process runs on the official portal, centacpuducherry.in:
- Open the PG Dental (MDS) 2026 admission section.
- Log in with your existing credentials, or register as a new applicant.
- Complete the Round 3 application and pay the fee online.
- Submit your course and institute preferences.
Why the Dates Changed
The changes follow MCC’s revised MDS counselling schedule after the qualifying cutoff was lowered, per the report. CENTAC invited fresh applications under the revised cut-off, and candidates admitted in earlier rounds may apply to upgrade.
