Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences (formerly Dr. NTRUHS) will close the web-options portal for the Stray Vacancy Round of MBBS Management Quota (Category B1 and B2) and notified NRI-lapsed seats today, October 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Eligible candidates seeking admission to private unaided non-minority and minority medical colleges across Andhra Pradesh must submit their preferences online at apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in before the deadline. This stray round represents the final opportunity to secure an MBBS seat under the Management Quota for the 2026–27 academic session. Candidates are advised to exercise options cautiously, as seats allotted in this round carry a strict compulsory joining policy with no option for resignation or free exit.
Critical Warning for Aspirants: Do not fill preferences for colleges you do not intend to join. If a seat is allotted, reporting to the allotted college is mandatory. Candidates who fail to join will forfeit their ₹3,00,000 security deposit and face debarment from state medical admissions under university rules.
