The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has concluded the web-options entry and modification period for the final phase of AP EAPCET 2025 counselling. Aspirants seeking admission to engineering, pharmacy, and agricultural courses in the state had their last chance to change their college and course preferences on August 1, and the final window for modifications is now closed.

This marks a crucial step in the admission cycle, and all candidates are now in a waiting period for the final seat allotment result. This final phase of counselling aims to fill all remaining seats after the completion of the initial rounds, and it is the last opportunity for aspirants to secure a seat through the centralized process.

Crucial Dates for the Final Phase:

Candidates should be aware of the key dates for the final stages of the admission process:

  • Final Web-Options Entry & Change: The online window for submitting and modifying choices was officially open until August 1, 2025.
  • Provisional Seat Allotment Result: The much-awaited seat allotment result for this final phase will be released on August 4, 2025.
  • Self-Reporting and College Reporting: Candidates who are allotted a seat must complete the self-reporting process on the official website and physically report to their respective colleges between August 4 and August 8, 2025.
  • Commencement of Classes: Classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin from August 4, 2025, as well.

What Aspirants Must Do Now:

With the web-options window closed, aspirants should now prepare for the seat allotment result. Upon the release of the results on August 4, candidates must log in to the official portal, eapcet-sche.aptonline.in, to check their allotment status.

If a seat is allotted, candidates must download their provisional allotment order, pay the necessary fees for self-reporting, and carry all required documents for in-person verification at the allotted college. This is the final round, and any candidate who fails to report within the specified dates will lose their claim to the allotted seat.

Aspirants are strongly advised to keep a close watch on the official website for any further notifications and to stay prepared for the final reporting process to ensure their admission is secured.
