The AP EAMCET 2025 results have officially been declared by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) on June 8, 2025. Conducted by JNTU Kakinada, the entrance test was held for Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy streams. With over 3.6 lakh candidates registered, the results mark a pivotal moment for aspirants seeking admission into top professional colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates can now view and download their rank cards, access the final marks and prepare for the upcoming counselling process. The results are hosted on the official APSCHE portal at [cets.apsche.ap.gov.in].

AP EAMCET 2025 Scorecard Now Available

Over 3.62 lakh candidates registered for the exam this year, with 2.65 lakh appearing for the Engineering stream and around 75,000 for Agriculture and Pharmacy.

A total of 1.89 lakh students qualified in Engineering, recording a pass percentage of approximately 71.65%.

Candidates must log in using their registration number, hall ticket number, and date of birth to access their scorecard.

The scorecard includes:

  • Total score out of 160
  • Subject-wise marks (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Biology)
  • All India Rank (AIR) and category-specific ranking

A minimum of 25% marks (i.e., 40 out of 160) was required for ranking eligibility.

Cut-off Criteria and Rank Calculation Method

  • The AP EAMCET rank is calculated using a 75:25 weightage formula, combining 75% EAMCET score with 25% marks from intermediate board exams.
  • Category-wise qualifying marks and cutoff trends have also been released and show a marginal rise for the General and OBC categories.
  • Candidates from SC/ST categories are exempt from the minimum qualifying mark but are still ranked for seat allotment.
  • The exam was conducted smoothly in multiple shifts, and normalization was applied to ensure fairness in the ranking process.

Next Steps: AP EAMCET Counselling 2025

APSCHE will soon release the detailed counselling schedule, including dates for registration, document verification, option entry, and seat allotment.

Counselling will cover admission to more than 320 Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates must keep the following documents ready for counselling:

  1. AP EAMCET 2025 rank card and hall ticket
  2. Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
  3. Aadhar card and caste/domicile certificates (if applicable)
  4. Income certificate for fee reimbursement (if applicable)

Choice filling and seat allotment will be based on rank, category, and preferences.

The first round of seat allotment is expected to begin in the third week of June.

Conclusion

With the announcement of the AP EAMCET 2025 result, students now enter the most critical phase of their journey — counselling and admissions. The release of the scorecard, cutoff trends, and upcoming counselling dates sets the tone for streamlined college admissions across Andhra Pradesh. Candidates are advised to monitor the official website for timely updates and follow Only Education News for expert guidance and accurate information regarding the admission process.
