For courses like Bachelor of Optometry, BSc Medical Technology in Radiotherapy, and BSc (Hons) Medical Technology in Radiography:

  • Completion of 10+2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics.

For all other courses:

  • Completion of 10+2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects.

Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate of 50% for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination.

Application Process

The application process for AIIMS paramedical courses is conducted online through the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) system:

Basic Registration: Candidates must initially register by providing essential personal details and uploading necessary documents.

Status Update: AIIMS will review the basic registration information and notify candidates of acceptance or rejection.

Code Generation: Upon acceptance, candidates must generate a Registration Unique Code (RUC) to proceed to the final registration stage.
