How Can You Apply for the YCMOU July 2026 Intake?

Two distinct portals have been arranged by YCMOU for applications. Which webpage to use is determined by whether the applicant already has a PRN. First-time applicants follow one route, while existing learners proceed through the other.

Candidate TypeApplication Portal
New Students or PRN starting with 25 / 26ycmouadm.dulive.ac
Existing Students with PRN starting with 20ycmouoa.digitaluniversity.ac

Candidates need to create an account using accurate personal and academic information. Fees can be paid using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Before entering details in the form, learners are advised to download the prospectus.

Who May Benefit from a YCMOU Course?

YCMOU is designed for students seeking adaptable learning arrangements. Working professionals, homemakers, and learners from rural areas fall within this group. It also supports applicants living in distant regions of Maharashtra. Offering instruction in two languages helps Marathi-medium students access the courses.

Steps for Applicants

  1. Go to ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac and review the prospectus.
  2. Confirm that you meet the requirements for the UG, PG, Diploma, or Certificate course you want.
  3. Have scanned copies of marksheets, identity proof, and a passport-size photo prepared.
  4. Select the appropriate application portal according to your PRN status.
  5. Use the online payment system to pay the registration fee.
  6. Send in the filled application and save the acknowledgement copy.
