The last date to apply for phase 5 is May 25, 2026, and interviews will take place on May 30 and 31, 2026. The XLRI Online PGDM programme offers students the chance to choose from three specialisations: PGDM in Business Management, PGDM in Human Resource Management, and PGDM in Finance. This two-year blended learning programme includes online classes as well as four required campus visits to XLRI Jamshedpur. Approved by AICTE, the programme is designed for working professionals who want to advance their management education without putting their careers on hold.

Eligibility Criteria and Application Process
To apply for the online PGDM course at XLRI, applicants must be graduates from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks overall. For the PGDM in Business Management and PGDM in Human Resource Management programmes, candidates should have at least three years of work experience as professionals. Those applying for the PGDM in finance are encouraged to have relevant work experience.
Candidates who have cleared CFA levels I and II or hold FRM certifications may receive preference during selection.
The application fee for each programme is INR 2,000. Applicants can apply for up to three programmes using a single form. The total course fee for each programme is INR 14.8 lakh, which is to be paid in six instalments over a two-year period. XLRI provides fee exemptions to certain groups of candidates. These include women, SC/ST, PwD, and candidates from the Northeast region, each of whom is eligible for a fee waiver of INR 100,000.
