World University of Design 2025 Admissions Open with Scholarships

The World University of Design (WUD), a premier institution for creative education, has officially opened its doors for admissions for the 2025 academic session. WUD is inviting applications for a wide range of undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral programs. Recognized for its commitment to a progressive curriculum, WUD is a promising destination for design aspirants seeking a holistic and globally-oriented education.

A Distinct Admission Process

Admission to WUD is primarily conducted through its aptitude test, the WUDAT (World University of Design Aptitude Test), which is followed by a personal interview. This multi-stage process is designed to assess not only a candidate's creative and logical reasoning skills but also their problem-solving abilities and passion for design.

WUD also accepts scores from major national-level design entrance exams, including UCEED, NID-DAT, and NIFT. Candidates who have qualified in these exams can apply and may be given preference in the admission process, sometimes directly qualifying for the interview round.

Focus on Project-Based Learning & Global Exposure

WUD's curriculum is centered around project-based learning, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. This hands-on approach, combined with its strong international collaborations, gives students a unique advantage. The university has international tie-ups with renowned institutions, which can provide students with opportunities for student exchange programs, workshops, and joint projects. This exposure to global design trends and methodologies is a significant draw for students aiming for an international career. .

Attractive Scholarships

To encourage and support bright minds, WUD offers an array of scholarships for deserving students. These scholarships are based on academic merit, performance in the WUDAT or national-level exams, and special considerations for students from defense backgrounds or single-parent households. Aspirants with high scores in their Class 12 exams or top ranks in exams like NID-DAT, NIFT, and UCEED are eligible for significant fee waivers.

The university's diverse B.Des programs include:

• Fashion Design
• Product Design
• Interior Architecture & Design
• UX & Digital Product Design
• Animation & Game Design
• Graphic Communication Design
• Film & Video

Aspiring students who want to build a career in design, media, or the arts should consider this as a golden opportunity to join a globally-connected institution.
