The online registration process for qualified candidates has started today, August 14, 2026. The entire counselling process will be conducted online through the WBJEEB portal. Candidates who appeared for the WBJEE ANM and GNM 2026 entrance examination held on June 14 and received their rank cards on July 29, 2026, are eligible to participate. Seat allotment will be conducted through multiple rounds, including Round 1, Round 2 and a final Mop-Up Round during August and September 2026. Round 1 is expected to be announced in the second half of August.

Who Is Eligible to Participate?

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. They must have appeared for the WBJEE ANM and GNM 2026 examination.
2. They must have obtained a valid rank in the merit list.
3. They must possess the rank card issued by WBJEEB on July 29, 2026.
4. They must complete counselling registration within the prescribed deadline.

Candidates who fail to register within the specified period will not be considered for seat allotment in any counselling round. WBJEEB will not accept late registrations.

How to Register for WBJEE ANM GNM 2026 Counselling?

Qualified candidates can complete the registration process online by following these steps:

1. Visit the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in/anm-gnm.
2. Log in using the application number and password used during the examination.
3. Complete the counselling registration form with the required details.
4. Select and lock your preferred colleges and courses, including ANM or GNM.
5. Pay the ₹500 counselling registration fee through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
6. Download and save the confirmation page for future reference.

WBJEE ANM GNM Counselling Fee

The counselling registration fee is ₹500 for all candidates. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online.

The registration fee will not be refunded, including if a candidate later withdraws from the counselling process. An additional seat acceptance fee will be applicable after a seat is allotted. The exact amount will be communicated through the counselling portal.

• Availability of seats
• Choices locked by the candidate during counselling
