• To log in, they need their application number and date of birth. The answer key will be available for download in PDF format.
• The answer key series varies depending on the exam centre.
• Students can raise objections against as many answers as they want in one go.
• To submit objections, candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹500 using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. If the payment is not made, their request will be rejected.

The last date to challenge the answer key is May 29, 2026, by 11:59 PM. Candidates must mention the question number and give a valid reason for their objection. WBJEEB will review all the objections and then make a decision on their validity. Each candidate is allowed to submit their challenges only once. All objections will be considered by WBJEEB, and their decision will be final. There will be no further correspondence or appeals regarding the challenged questions.

What’s Next for the Candidates?

Candidates are told to download the provisional answer key and check their answers against it. They can estimate their scores using the marking scheme given by WBJEEB. If they find any errors or issues, they need to raise a challenge before May 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM. After that, they should begin preparing for the counselling process, which will start in August 2026. They should gather all necessary documents and be ready to submit them during counselling.
