The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has officially released a revised schedule for the Stray Vacancy Round of online counselling for UP NEET MDS-2025. This crucial update provides a clear timeline for all eligible aspirants seeking admission to the MDS course in government and private dental colleges and universities across the state. The revision aligns with the extended schedule announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi, aiming to fill all remaining seats.

Revised Schedule and Key Deadlines

Aspirants must adhere to the following key dates to participate in this final round:

  • Online Registration and Fee Payment: The window for fresh registrations is open from August 26, 2025, to August 29, 2025. All eligible candidates must complete a fresh registration and pay a fee of Rs. 3,000 during this period.
  • Merit List Declaration: The merit list will be published on August 29, 2025, which will determine the eligibility of candidates for choice filling.
  • Online Choice Filling: Candidates can fill their college and course preferences from August 29, 2025, to September 2, 2025. This is the final opportunity to submit choices for the remaining vacant seats.
  • Seat Allotment Result: The seat allotment results will be released on September 3, 2025.
  • Admission and Document Verification: Successful candidates must report to their respective allotted colleges for the download of allotment letters and completion of the admission process. This will take place from September 4, 2025, to September 6, 2025, and on September 8, 2025.

This stray vacancy round is a critical last chance for aspirants to secure a seat in a dental college.
